The Steinklauber Industriebeteiligung & Vermögensverwaltung
GmbH which today serves as the holding for the CPA industrial
group was founded in 1925 by Adolf and Anna Steinklauber in Graz. Since
then the company has dealt with the construction of electric- and
pumping plants.
The company CPA Building & Factory Technologies GmbH in Graz operates in the field of development, production, installation, service and sales of process and production and building management systems, manufacturing execution system (MES) and Remote Control- as well as automation systems.
In the field of wire machines CPA develops and produces equipment for galvanic coating of wires and tapes, full automatic take-up and pay-off systems, winders, scrap winders, wet drawing machines, heat treatment equipment for austenitization, patenting, stress relieving, annealing and diffusion, pre- and post-treatment of wires, such as pickling, phosphating and borax-coating, etc.
The interdisciplinary focus of the company allows the acquisition of Turn-Key-projects and delivery of all the know-how to the finished product. The products of CPA are based on many years of development and production experience since 1977.
The company CPA Building & Factory Technologies GmbH in Frankfurt is responsible for sales and service in the german market since 1983.
With the foundation of the CPA Science & Technology Co. Ltd. in 2009 the sales and service office already existing for many years within the framework of the Steinklauber Group in China was transformed into a manufacturing base which is responsible, apart from the sales, assembly and service, also for the finishing of CPA products for the chinese market as well as for local procurement tasks, import-export and the developement of the whole asian market.
Guideline of the company group which in 2015 celebrates it's 90th anniversary has always been a high degree of innovation power and flexibility regarding the demands of the markets and the readiness of owner and staff to continuously develop new markets, also under difficult circumstances.
